Attachment is almost over !!!

wow...yey.... akhyr nya dapat cuti attachment kan abis dah yesh~!!!! well mostly sapa yang ndada cuti or nda kna extend attachment nya durang abis ari sabtu ani last...wah!!! benci ku eh syut!!! aku suppose abis on the 30th june sal aku ari tu ada cuti iatah be-extend tia masa attachment ku errrrggg~!!

nyaman dah ati ni kan abis on 30th june ani ... tapi sekali nya ada tia project last minute atu on the 1st till 4th july bull!!!!! paksa tah extend sampai 4th july crappp!!!.. but then on the 4th atu aku n kekawan plan ke KK bemalam sana WOW what a clash.. then i kuar kan my magic wound *bkn magic wound yg semacam* to separate the mantera yang dipelajari di Acheh selama 7 tahun 7 bulan 7 hari 7 jam 7 minute dan 7 saat atu tuk aku dapat abis attachment on the 3rd july ahahahah.. well nda sia-sia aku blajar.. ahyr nya aku dapat cuti jua.. hahahaha..

but then my magic mantera atu mcm sekajap ja heng nya... syutt.. kan disuruh nya aku sambung after ku balik dr KK WTH... well aku nda kan kaja lg kali.. mau jua ku kan brehat.. hujan ribut lagi beranti .. hahaha so i plan kan ke limbang g after ke KK wwawaawwaawawa so balik brunei macam kira2 on the 12 or 14 july nanti hahaha

so i have 2 weeks to do my SWE report hahahaa.. i hope my plan works ...so no more work lah pas ni amin.hahahaha so readers doa2kan ja my plan lancar macam lancarnya virus H1N1 atu merebak ke seluruh dunia. hahaha



belajar setinggi-tinggi pohon,

10 core competencies comprise good leadership

Visionary

Good leaders create a vision, a picture of the future, of where they want to take their organizations. Leaders can improve both the quality and acceptance of the vision by partnering with their peers, executive team, key employees throughout the organization or outside consultants. To get the best vision you need lots of ideas, and people support what they help to create.

Inspirational.
Once a vision is established, great leaders can inspire everyone in the company to get onboard. Employees in great organizations are passionate about what they do. This inspiration extends to customers, investors, suppliers, boards of directors and all other stakeholders.

This doesn't mean good leaders have to be charismatic or great public speakers, though some are. Leaders may inspire by example or in low-key ways. Every word and action demonstrates their passion for the vision.

Strategic.
Strategic leaders are clear and directly face the strengths and weaknesses of their own organizations, as well as their external opportunities and threats. They think in terms of leverage, fishing where the big fish are and partnering to gain market advantage. While interested in one sale, they would rather create pipelines and strategic alliances that generate thousands, or hundreds of thousands, of sales.

Tactical.
Wired like businesspeople, good leaders are bottom-line oriented and extraordinarily committed to results. They thrive on facts, figures, numbers and data. They're interested in ROI, ROE and EBIDTA. If not numbers-oriented themselves, they surround themselves with strong financial talent.

Focused.
Once vision and mission (a brief, clear statement of the reasons for an organization's existence) are established, good leaders achieve what they set out to do before launching new initiatives. By contrast, poor leaders may have dozens of conflicting programs and priorities. Leaders with 20 priorities essentially have no priorities.

Persuasive.
Not necessarily salespeople, good leaders can bring others to their point of view using logic, reason, emotion and the force of their personalities. They motivate by persuasion rather than intimidation. The key here is the leader speaking from his or her heart.

Likeable.
Good leaders are people-centric. They may be scientists, engineers or technical experts by background, but they recognize interpersonal skills are paramount. They display high degrees of emotional intelligence, and thrive on finesse and likeability.

They want to be liked -- and they are. Again, the key is what's inside the leader. Likeability comes from the inside out.

Decisive.
Sometimes shooting from the hip, good leaders can make decisions quickly -- often with incomplete data. As Theodore Roosevelt said, "In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing."

Rarely is a leader able to get 100 percent of the information needed for a decision. Typically it is "60 percent and go" or "80 percent and go."

Ethical.
Good leaders are direct and straightforward. They set clear performance expectations and hold people accountable. This requires being direct and truthful, which can be difficult but -- more often than not -- is natural for the principle-based leader. Good leaders know it's hard to beat the truth.

Open to feedback.
Good leaders are open and dedicated to lifelong learning. They seek feedback about their performance through direct conversations and objective tools such as 360-degree reviews. Seeking continuous improvement in their companies, they also seek it for themselves.

tak ku lepaskan kau pergi walau sesaat kau menghindar

hari ini terasa bagai sesuatu yang menyentuh di dilubuk hati ku setelah sekian lama tidak terusik oleh onak-onak busyuk bermain di pikiran dan dihati.

oh rupa-rupanya rindu lama kian menyemarak lagi...membuat hati rasa seperti... entah lah semoga aku dapat bertahan dalam pelayaran yang dipenuhi ombak gelora yang bisa menghancurkan perlayaran seorang perindu...

ku genggam erat gambar kita berdua,
ku letak dekat dihati,
ku pejam mata,
mengenang kau ada disisi,
membelai diri ini,
memanjakan kasih ini,
seperti berada dipelukkanmu,
alangkah indah jika ini reality,
tak ku lepaskan kau pergi walau sesaat kau menghindar,

3 more weeks

pejam-celik, pejam-celik. dah nak abis semester tiga ani... tinggl 3 minggu ja lagi..yeye!!!! *counting days* oh gosh...thank god.. hahaha p karang dah cuti tu nda tau apa kan dibuat ah..hahaha oh yea report g alum ku start membuat hahahaha mudahan tah ku dapat buat..amin..

btw review balik kerja aku buat ani ah.. hmm boleh lah jua...mula2 projek yg handle well mostly projek nya ani with the jabatan kerajaan.. hehehe

1. inventory system + barcode..fuh~! this is the easiest system ever i had completed study ceh... tp biasa..org disana atu yang ngok sikit.. hahahaha who care i have right to say... the head of that section is so...STUPID and OLD,.. macam everything the work yang thier own work mau jua kan aku buatkan..untuk masukkn ke system atu..what the FUCK.. baik tah aku jdi bos sana tu.. tantu.. sikit2 call tanya masalah nya apa.. sikit2 call..fuck man..pls masa training bkn main lagak pandai.. dah di tanya ADA Questions.. PAHAM nya.. dah limpas training..bkn main bnyak tnyanya.. ngok.. tmpt ditanyanya ani g bkn progrmmrs.. time trainng ada progrmmr nda di tanya berabis ati.. TALOR..

then assistant nya ani jua satu.. TOHA jua..sorry to say ah.. kan diapa tia anak muda masani bnyk bedegree and unemploy ah.. ani urg TUHA jua di jdkn assistant..baik masa laju bekeraja ani.. ya ampun..alah siput bah laju nya.. cara btanya g tu mcm urg kegatalan..ew~! sadar lah dikit.. 

well alhamdulillah now the work involve with barcode or inventory dah selesai.. amin.. thank god..

2. delivery and installation of PC at UNISSA fuh.. this one is very i like. bayangkan 70 pc i yang kena buat sorang2..heheh but i like..hehehe

3.tide gauge..urusan dgn jabatan kerajaan jua,, nice training for about 4 dys..which is very da simple den the barcode.. thank god urg pandai2 dr section satu tu..hahaha
this projek almost done jua.lah alhamdulilah...

so far now ndada g kaja kali.. hahaha so lau adapapa ada ku post g eh btw sapa mau kaja disini as CLERK ada ni jawatan kosong.. pat WIZ ah..nda banyak kaja nya ni..sanang  n ready2 ja kaja alone doing nothing..hahah p internet provided hahaha atu th ja tuk kamu buang burenk... LOCAL saja AH.. k
